Today, Supply Solutions is widely regarded as the leader in supply labour hire in WA - a deserved reputation built on the expertise of our team, led by Managing Director Tom van Kann.

With over 20 years of experience in purchasing and materials management within the mining industry in Western Australia, Tom van Kann established Supply Solutions in the mid-eighties. Recognising an unfulfilled demand for contract labour hire, he also identified the growing trend towards employing temporary labour across all professions and disciplines.

Based on this insight and experience, Tom firmly established Supply Solutions as the temporary purchasing and supply labour sourcing partner of choice in WA by the late eighties - a position we have maintained to this day by continually evolving to meet our clients' ever-changing needs.

All finance, payroll, compliance and administration needs are managed by Natasha van Kann (Bus, MBA).

With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll management and Accounting, Natasha will ensure that employee’s and contractor’s payroll needs are met on time, every time, helping you to streamline the payroll process, take care of and simplify payroll administration.
